About Gabrielle Gawne-Kelnar
Sydney counsellor and psychotherapist
I’m a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with accredited training.
I tailor a range of counselling and psychotherapy styles to meet your needs.
These therapies can offer you emotional relief and a safe and respectful place to explore the issues you face.
They’ll create an island of time just for you, so you can draw breath, and shed some light on the answers you already carry inside you.
These therapy styles include person-centred therapy, narrative therapy, existential psychotherapy, family systems therapy, solution-focused therapy as well as aspects of mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and art therapy.
I work with beginnings, transitions and endings: the art of being human.
So whether you’re seeking a way through depression, anxiety or loss, relief from a painful situation or relationship dynamic, or to manage a transition in your life, I can help you find your way.
The main issues I work with include depression, bereavement, anxiety, living with chronic and terminal illness (including cancer), relationship and family challenges, grief and loss, self-esteem, gambling problems, issues around identity, sexuality and spirituality, life transitions, and personal growth and development.
If you’re ready to step out of pain and into a richer life, contact me.
And discover how counselling and psychotherapy can make a real difference in your life…
